Duties include: booking in appointments for the sales team and diary management. Filling in job sheeets and a range of other general administrative duties include photocopying, faxing, filing and emailing. It is essential that applicants have an excellent/confident telephone manner as they will also be required to answer the telephone.

Job Description
A commercial apprentice is required to join a busy conpany, working towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification. This role will involve learning all about the business and then moving on in time to one or two designated areas, with a view to the right person working towards a Foundation Degree.
Duties to include filing, photocpying, scanning documents, data input, email, using Word and Excel etc.
Good PC and communication skills are required and honesty and good time-keeping are essential for this role. Applicants must have A-C grades in Maths and English.
