Performance +
… is a business and management improvement experience, geared towards entrepreneurial organisations with fewer than 250 employees.

The programme, which is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management, is designed to help participants to look at their organisation from 7 perspectives, optimising these areas to ensure business targets are achieved.

The programme experience is fast moving, interactive and fun and is delivered through a series of milestones to enable Proprietors, Directors and Senior Managers to improve their approach to people management.

The programme is an excellent preparation for organisations who wish to go forward for the Investors in People standard.

Management +
… is a leadership development programme delivered through a series of interactive workshops which are both challenging and stimulating. It is aimed at both middle-ranking and senior managers, and aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to become effective and inspirational leaders.
