We are an award winning training provider, based in Gateshead but operating throughout the whole of the north east region. We have been delivering training programmes for employers and individuals for over 25 years, helping young people to start and develop careers, adult workers to up-skill and improve their performance and businesses to develop and grow. We deliver a range of training programmes from short courses, NVQs (2-5), apprenticeships to bespoke provision for employers.

Access is made up of 3 separate divisions / services. They are:

	Access Business Solutions offers an assessment and advice service to employers (including organisational and training needs analysis)
	Access Training encompasses all other training services for employers and employees, including Train to Gain, Adult Apprenticeships, commercial and short course provision, teaching and learning programmes and conference services.
	Access Apprenticeships focuses on the Government's flagship training programme for 16-24 year olds. Access help individuals to start or develop careers through Apprenticeship training programmes and assist employers to recruit and/or develop their staff.
